Our simplified return process is as follows:
1) Ensure the tag is in place and not removed from clothing
2) Whatsapp us at 83498636 within 1 day of receiving to share your reason for Return
3) Collection will be arranged by YongzYongz within 2 working days
4) Refund will be processed immediately as soon as clothing is checked to be in good condition
As all our clothing has gone through 3 rounds of QC checks before delivery, we are confident to offer 30% discount on next purchase (limited to purchase exceeding $100 in the same invoice) should any of our clothing is found defective.
