We are sorry it did not work out for you this time. Don't worry you are in good hands.

Our simplified return process is as follows:

1) Ensure the tag is in place and not removed from clothing

2) Whatsapp us at 83498636 within 30 days of receiving to share your reason for Return

3) Collection will be arranged by YongzYongz within 2 working days

4) Refund will be processed immediately as soon as clothing is checked to be in good condition

As all our clothing has gone through 3 rounds of QC checks before delivery, we are confident to offer30% discount on next purchase (limited to purchase exceeding $100 in the same invoice) should any of our clothing is found defective.
